About 2 km from the center of Porto Rotondo, we offer an elegant 96 square meter villa, completely surrounded by courtyards and gardens and with a glimpse of the Gulf of Cugnana.

We are located in a small residence made up of 11 villas and controlled and cared for all year round, in one of the most elegant and renowned areas of Sardinia.

Porto Rotondo is a locality that represents one of the most important realities of Sardinian tourism. Together with Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo is famous for being frequented by the Italian and international jet set in the summer.
Included between the gulf of Cugnana and that of Marinella, the District extends for 500 hectares and has as a point of reference a well-equipped port with the availability of 800 berths.

Around the initial structure, started in 1964 by the Venetians Luigi and Nicolò Donà dalle Rose, as part of an initiative wanted by a group of entrepreneurs including Vittorio Cini and the English banker George Frank, timeshare properties, residences and villas have been built , during the summer, they welcome 20,000 guests with a peak of 32,000 in August. For the rest of the year, the District registers a fixed presence of a thousand residents. It is clear that the architecture of Porto Rotondo follows the structure of Venice, it is no coincidence that the main square has been called Piazzetta San Marco.
Among its most famous beaches are Ira in honor of Ira von Fürstenberg, Spiaggia Sassi and Punta Volpe.

The Yacht Club and the Events
The Porto Rotondo Yacht Club was officially established in 1985 by the will of the Venetian brothers Nicolò and Luigi Donà delle Rose who had invented Porto Rotondo in the previous decades. In 1987 the Porto Rotondo Yacht Club was incorporated as a "detached" headquarters from the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, chaired by the Aga Khan. The Club's "guidon" sees the red cross on a white field (to represent the strong link with the Italian Yacht Club of Genoa of which Porto Rotondo was supposed to represent the summer headquarters) and on the cross the Lion of San Marco (the Donà delle Rose are precisely Venetians) who holds the Sardinian flag of the Quattro Mori between his paws. Over the years, the YCPR has become one of the most important in Italy.
